How do I return an item?
At havapassion.com, we take pride in our reputation for quality.
In the event you are not satisfied with your havapassion.com purchase, we will be happy to accept your prompt return (unused and unaltered merchandise only) for exchange, refund or credit to your account provided you return the item within 10 days of its arrival. We accept for exchange or refund items in new, unaltered and unused condition. Your refund will be in the form of the original payment. We cannot refund shipping charges (if any) for the item purchased. Please note that you are responsible for shipping the item back to us and we cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.
Items returned cannot be a special or a custom order.
All sale purchases are final and non-returnable.
All sales on food or open cosmetics are final.
Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value or a havapassion.com gift certificate will be issued to you.
To ensure proper handling of your order, please follow these steps:
Please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund. We will reply by email advising you of your "RMA" - Return Merchandise Authorization, if your RMA is approved. You must receive an RMA # and approval before returning any item .
If approved, please include the original sales receipt in the return box for proper processing.

Upon receipt of returned goods, havapassion.com reserves the right to deny the refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
You will be refunded the shipping cost only if the return is a result of a manufacturing error or a shipping error on our part.
